It would be nice if more meals were included and we didn't have to pay extra for the optional activities

This Alaska Denali and Kenai tour did not have the same level of engagement from the Chief Experience Officer. At times I felt we had a driver taking us between locations rather than a guide.

This was a tour with great potential, but too much of it was unrealized.

The CEO for my Alaska Denali adventure was almost completely disengaged. It felt like we were the last run on her bus route and she just wanted to be done with us.

, September 3 There were a few disappointments on this trip. It rained a lot and the road to Denali was washed out which couldn't be helped. Since I'm 6',2', I was crammed depending on where I was sitting. (I won't recommend this trip to anyone taller than me.) Also, the CEO seemed a little disengaged on the trip. She was very nice, had a good personality and seemed to know what she was doing, but she didn't seem to adapt well to change and may have been preoccupied with that being her last trip in Alaska before going to another location. She spoke of going to the California trip I was on after the Alaska trip and even talked about going to New Zealand. I think she may just be trying to figure out what to do with her life at this time. I guess the main thing I was disappointed with was when it was pouring down while we were in Seward, and we were on our own for a day. The motel was a mile from any of the activities or food options. She didn't offer to give us a ride or have a group dinner.

The tour guide Rachel was excellent, the places visited were wonderful & lucky for us we had a really nice group we travelled with. Seeing the animals was hit and miss but I guess that's how it goes with nature and wildlife you can't predict it.

It was a great experience , the tour operator Rachel was excellent without a doubt . Seeing nature is hit and miss and not seeing many animals at Denali nature park was the only hiccup.
