Benn on many guided excursions from cruises and land tours where there was a local guide. I was impressed with the knowledge of our guide. He was constantly explaining and teaching. The scheduled bus (40 seats( was delayed two days due to mechanical issues so we had to be in a tight 55 seater with less legroom. Was a disappointment but did not affect the overall tour. Wonderful way to see the National Parks with experienced guide. See the parks and other off the main road sights that are interesting. Insight Vacations, Mantombi

This was the second trip with and our fourth trip with Insight. We weren't disappointed. There were so many amazing stops over the 1,400 miles. The last days were the cherry on the top being Mt Rushmore and the Face-to-Face with Crazy Horse. Though the weather (wind) was brutal the experience was the best at the Crazy Horse Monument. Thank you. The Director and our experienced driver, for a very smooth trip.

Insight is the only way we will travel. They are knowledgeable and helpful throughout from start to finish. Our Travel director was great. She was a wealth of knowledge about everywhere we went and the history of the areas and people as well. She was friendly, funny and definitely made the trip that much more enjoyable. Loved how she did the little extra things above and beyond to make the trip that much more pleasurable. She is a true asset to the Insight family. Our bus driver- was a skillful driver of the enormous coach and kept us safe and comfortable for the entire trip. He too was a friendly and pleasure to have as part of the trip. Fast paced but lots of amazing sites and adventures to see in this part of our beautiful western USA.

I believe that if you employ knowledgeable and customer service oriented tour guides, your trips will be successful. It also helps if the bus driver and tour guide coordinate their efforts with great customer service as one of their main key objectives. It was incredible the number of national and state parks that we got to see! We would never have been able to plan this trip by ourselves. Our tour guide was fantastic and our bus driver was terrific. The trip was seamless from park to park. All the hotels and food met our expectations. we would not hesitate to book another trip with Insight.

It was pretty vague other than some of the overnight stops Disappointed in the Snow Lodge where we stayed at Yellowstone. The place had scaffolding everywhere inside and out. It might be a great place when it isn’t under construction but not like it was for us. Also disappointed in the Deadwood Lodge, it was a noisy casino.

My wife and I will recommend Insight to everyone that wants to take a Coach tour. We could not have been happier. This was an amazing trip. Besides the great sights that we saw everything was timely and organized. My wife and I both feel that our tour director made our trip so special. His knowledge and personality were above the top. Also, we both felt so safe with our driver commanded that coach and he was at the door with a big smile always willing to help. There were 32 of us in the group and we all felt the same way. Lillian and I will be using Insight again in the future!!

Very good overall. Only hiccup was that the super spacious Insight motorcoach we were expecting was apparently in for repairs and our first 2 days we were somewhat cramped onto a standard motorcoach. All 3 drivers we had were exceptionally courteous. Our Tour Director was exceptional and worked hard to make sure people were happy. Overall, a phenomenal trip. Our tour Director was absolutely incredible and worked hard to show us all we could possibly fit into the 12 days. Meals and accommodations were great with the exception of the opening night buffet at the Sheraton in Salt Lake City. The food on the buffet line was mediocre at best and not at all warm ... made us nervous as who'd want to start a vacation with food sickness?
