Ron and Trevor were superb. The local guide in Montreal was not as good as the guide in Quebec. (Substituted) Coach had no wifi and was not comfortable for the longer parts of our journey. Hotels on the whole were great- especially in Quebec - where staff and food were superb. The hotels were on the whole great with the exception of Ottowa.

You have to improve your standard Everything is not to your standard as before the Bus was bad seats was not comfortable no WiFi. Our tour director was not friendly if you ask question he reply check your email I am busy now. My sister when she was coming from the Bus she fell down and broken her ankle our tour director take easy like nothing happen. We ask for ambulance he did not bother. We ask reception to call taxi to go the hospital. Our tour director was not helpful at all. You have to improve your standard and train your tour director. Excusion to go to play hockey ?? was not suitable for seniors wasting of day. The itinerary was good but we did not see much e.g like city tour.

Hotels were excellent, food average. Tour Director good some days, not so good others. Overall, not a very exciting trip. Best excursion was in Kingston with a visit to the hockey training center. Just didn't find this trip very exciting. I did learn a lot about Canada's history.
