Although it was extra busy sometimes I wouldn’t change it. It gave us the opportunity to see so many places that, as a child, I had heard and read about! AND we got to see it in one trip “over the pond”! Our guide, Greg and bus driver, Arther made it so fun. They played music everyday and the whole bus sang! LOVED THIS TRIP!!! The only negative we had, was 3 flights to get home! We live in a large hub. 1 flight over and 3 flights home. That was a bit much!

Would like better Beatles tour. Would like soft drinks furnished for non alcoholic drinking. Tour guides that are not accompanied by the Insight guide go off the rails at times, don’t have bathroom breaks requiring the use of the bus bathroom for the optional tours.

The flight schedule coming home we had 3 flights. Coming over we had a nonstop. That is the only negative thing. 5 Tour Rating Great trip that covered a lot of ground.

Very organized and coordinated. Attention to detail. Access to itinerary and documents could be made available earlier than a few days prior to departure. This would help with when you want to arrive at the start destination several days ahead of the tour start date. Excursions in the evening should have information in advance about approximate start and end time so you could decide ahead of time if you wanted to purchase and participate, especially optional excursions. Most were in the evening, which often times was just too late, especially after a long day of traveling and sightseeing.

Our guide Greg was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, organised and nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely well liked. Our bus driver Arthur was the same. They were a great team. We feel they both went a long way to making our tour very enjoyable

My perception is Insight's hotel standards gave dropped since my last Insight tour several years ago. Examples: big London hotel Clermont had only 1 working lift during our stay there - the only other lift had stopped working and was not repaired; The hotel at Inverness had only basic facilities of a 3-star hotel. Our Tour Director *Personal Information removed by Feefo* was knowledgeable and competent. Our coach driver *Personal Information removed by Feefo* was superb- cheerful and bubbly and the best driver I had come across during all my travels to USA, UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea and China!!

Knowledgeable tour director when it came to history. Great bus driver. Always in a hurry but to cover everything guess it had to be done. Got sick which apparently is quite normal a little over half way through the tour. So therefore wouldn’t do a two week bus tour again.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided unique experiences. Driver was excellent, helpful! Sometimes felt too rushed, but liked the itinerary. Experience at Brookfield Farm was fun and enlightening. Ghillie Dhu and Old Punch Bowl were lovely experiences. Weather was an issue at end of trip, not sure we should have been dropped off at Blarney Castle when garden tour was cancelled.
