Trafalgar European Highlights Tours. Promote & advertise thru social media, main stream news media, provide travel discounts/ vouchers for repeat customers. If we Google, Trafalgar already well known in Europe tourism industry, what about global/US & SEA S’pore & Malaysia Tour to compete with Chan Bros Travel? European Tours itinerary should include more dinners instead of optional tours which required to pay more for those with tight budget, include Chinese/Asian food menu instead of western cuisine especially for S’poreans/ M’sians travellers , noticed Trafalgar catered mainly for senior citizens, young travellers prefer local travel agency like Chan Bros, etc, it’s competitive industry, tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was knowledgeable on tour country site history, culture, excellent customer service, ensure headcounts, take responsibility for optional tours esp Paris Moulin Rouge cabaret culture entertainment show, avoid being scammed, Italian driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent with his driving skills throughout Europe continent. Tour group take care of each other needs, belongings, safety, etc.

European highlights. Very professional. Hotels were nice, clean and close to Metro. Tours were interesting. Still had plenty of free time. Great Cities. Interesting tours. Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was the best! So knowledgeable about the history of where we were. I did all of the optional tours which were great. Smaller group so got to know fellow travelers better. Our bus driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was great. The hotels were nice, stayed on in Paris and was very comfortable.
