Was not sure how the trip was going to be after had a issue prior to the trip. We were very unsatisfied with how the situation was handled & with the customer service . Thankfully we very happy with the actual tour, tour director, coach driver & hotels. Our tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* was exceptional as well as was our coach driver *Personal information removed by Feefo*. Fast paced but we'll balanced.

European Traveller tour package! Overall good experience with Trafalgar tour. Travel Director was very experience; the Iternary was very rushing pressed for time. Eg. Lucerne, Switzerland was only half a day only then proceed to another location, should be spend longer and cut short the next trip, obviously all reckoned Lucerne is a better location to spend our time. Many optional tours must incurred high expenses paid in EURO$ seperately ! We did not realise European Traveller has many optional choices or else we will not go for this package. The sales staffs have to make it clear to consumers on this. overall was an enjoyable and experience Holiday in Europe except more coach travelling than sight seeing and high optional tour cost.

Trafalgar is the travel guru of destination planning companies. Trafalgar knows what they’re doing when it comes to traveling to any advertised destination. We really didn’t need to worry about a thing and we liked that. Our tour director Gerry was superb as was our bus driver Alessandro. We were in excellent hands throughout the trip. Though faster paced than I expected, the itinerary was well organized and hit the must-see cities in each country we traveled to.

Euro Traveller! Great! Great guide and great driver. Very communicative in the chat about what is happening and what to expect each day. The itinerary is a good overview of each country. Although I felt like if you didn’t purchase the optional excursions you didn’t get quite the same experience. Since you were only in these places for such short time, you basically had to book the experiences to maximize the tour. I think just adding them to the regular itinerary and paying more would be better.
