We had a dietary request that was submitted on-line and it was shared all the way through to each aspect of our tour. This itinerary covers a lot of key sights with a historical background. The sights aren't the same type, especially with the "hands on" tree planting. We saw other areas of the islands than just where we stayed. The food was amazing, too!! Also, our tour director was quite knowledgable with historical stories, video clips and local treats.

Every contact with members of the Insight team was super. At the tip of that spear, however, is the tour director and our director (Andrew Ainscough) was amazing. He ensured that every aspect of our travel experience was seamless, comfortable, engaging, and fun This was a fantastic itinerary. Each island is different and the tour gave us the opportunity to see the differences while experiencing the culture and history that unite these beautiful islands. What made the trip truly exceptional was the quality of the tour guide. As we traveled from place to place we were told the location's historical and cultural significance. We were able to contribute personally to the islands' reforestation efforts and witness firsthand the destruction and recovery efforts of the Lahaina fire on Maui. At the end of the tour, we left in awe of the magnificence of God's creation and with a greater appreciation for the native Hawaiian culture. Read less

Customer Experience Andrew, the travel director, is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and made our trip fun and exciting. Traveling to 3 Islands as part of this tour package was the only reason I signed up for the tour. Great sights and differences made the tour very rewarding. Read less

I didn't personally work with Insight. Our trip was booked through AAA. however, Insight was contacted several times by AAA while we were planning this vacation and they answered all questions. I would not hesitate to book any additional vacations with Insight and would recommend to others as well. Loved it! Tour director Andrew was wonderful! Enjoyed all of the excursions and Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about every place we visited and provided information about the Islands throughout the entire trip.

The Travel Director exceeded expectations in getting to know us, sharing Hawaii's history, and handling logistics. Good balance of types of activities and scenery. I wound up liking Maui better than Oahu, and my favorite stop was Kumu Farms/Maui Tropical Plantation.

We spoke several times by phone with Insight representatives before our tour. They were always helpful. There was never a wait to speak with someone. Our tour director, * Personal information removed by Feefo *, could not have been better!! He was extremely knowledgeable, very organized, kind and fun. The pace was excellent. Three nights on each island worked well for us. The itinerary was varied and interesting. The volcano on the Big Island was a highlight. Highly recommend including the Big Island in the tour.

The trip to Hawaii was the best trip in my lifetime , very well organised, perfect in everything, I have not enough superlatives ! I was lucky to have an excellent tour manager named Andrew, who was dedicated, implicated in all of us . One week has gone and still I am under the influence of the nice and calm atmosphere from Hawaii . Of course I will recommend everyone to travel with your company. Itinerary was sufficient to me to develop my knowledge about Hawaii and Pearl Harbour for example. I am very interested in history and this visit was impressive

ATTENTIVE, RESPONSIVE, IMMEDIATE. THE TRIP ITINERARY WAS COMPREHENSIVE. THERE WAS A NICE MIX OF ACTIVITY AND TIME FOR PERSONAL EXPLORATION OR RELAXATION AND THE TOUR DIRECTOR, ANDREW AINSCOURT WAS EXCEPTIONSAL. WE COVERED THREE ISLANDS AND SAW HIGHLIGHTS OF ALL, WITH THE MOST WELLKNOWN AND OTHER THINGS WE WOULD NOT HAVE PURSUED ON OUR OWN.

*personal info removed by Feefo* was an exceptional tour guide. too much time with spent Legacy Forest tree planting (which would have been better as an optional event), too much free time on Hawaii, no visit to Haleakala

Andrew was amazing!! Knowledgeable, professional and personable. He exceeded our expectations. I recommended a friend yesterday.
