I really enjoyed the Inca trail and that made up for a lot of it. I was blown away by the porters and how they carried all the stu so quickly. Also the mountain views were breathtaking. I however was really dissapointed it was sold as an 8 day tour. In my mind it should have been sold as a 4 day tour. The first 4 days there was a lot of hanging around and nothing really to do. The first day it was not made clear there was a city tour of Lima. Also (due to strike action which I know was not a fault of yours) it would have been better to have more communication and more alternative activities.
