We believe our experience was beyond a “touristy tour” precisely because of who led us, *Personal information removed by Feefo*. Please don’t lose site of the value of your local experts. *Personal information removed by Feefo* added context, depth and colour to our travels. We really appreciated how he considered details in the planning. He was kind, approachable and knowledgeable. He also was well connected with other local experts and appreciated their skill sets and knowledge. Every local expert we met was incredible. This tour was an amazing experience from beginning to end. This was our first Trafalgar experience and it won’t be the last.

This was a great tour. Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a wealth of knowledge, and we were in good hands when it came to our driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*. Our itinerary was fantastic. We got to visit all the important sites (and then some) and although we were up and at ‘em early in the morning, we were usually one of the first ones at the venues so very little crowds to contend with. All in all it was a great vacation.

Excellent! *Personal information removed by Feefo* & *Personal information removed by Feefo* were super! My only complaint was the trip was to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary & the only thing that was done was a card at one of the hotels.

Allie, out tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgable about Ireland. Friendly, helpful, patient, organized, always available for questions. Not rushed. Trip Rating The tour guide was excellent as was the driver - would highly recommend. We took an optional excursion - Belfast Walk and Fish and Chips - 48 GBP per person. It was terrible. Was advertised as national, awarding winning fish and chips. In addition to it being very expensive, there was one piece of fish (tasted like frozen fish sticks) and french fries that looked and tasted like frozen FF. No dessert. The "walk" with a local specialist was terrible as well - she kept talking about how many pubs she had frequented - and some of the wall paintings she pointed out were crude and insulting. Other than that, the trip was great. Hotels were good, restaurants were good, excursions were good, weather was good.

We loved our trip to Ireland! The service while traveling was outstanding. (See previous paragraph.) The Irish Experience tour was very comprehensive and yet included a lot of variety. Our guide (Allie) and bus driver (Jergen) were extremely skilled & professional, instilling confidence from the beginning. Although our time at the different stops was limited, it always seemed adequate. Except for one, all of the local guides were outstanding, and we felt we learned a lot about the people, history, and geography of Ireland. Some of the hotels and included meals were nice, some just OK. Check-in at the hotels always went quickly & smoothly. I wish I'd known in advance that some of the hotels had swimming pools, as I would have packed a bathing suit and perhaps burned off the effects of some of those meals!

The service was excellent If ever we needed assistance we knew that Trafalgar would step up to help us out. We never had to carry our luggage to or from our room or the bus. The itinerary was packed with related activities from 8 a.m. to 8. p.m. every day. You don't leave feeling like you missed anything. The Director's knowledge of Irish history was impressive. She also made sure that we had time to shop. The resturaunts we ate at served local dishes and it was from very good to excellent. There were 48 people on our tour. The places we stayed were top shelf.

Great to work with! Easy to work with and questions were answered quickly. Great attention to detail. Great itinerary seeing both Northern Ireland and the Republic. Don’t expect a lot of free time on your own to explore. Included and optional excursions were both informative and enjoyable. Included meals were plentiful and good.

Irish Experience - Unforgettable experience. Trafalgar is top notch and will always be my choice. I feel everything is well thought out and planned. I like 99% of the accommodations. The tour guides and the bus drivers are always focused on the travelers safety and enjoyment. They know the ins and outs of so many places, share interesting stories and information and are also entertaining! The itinerary for this trip was busy which is why we experienced so much. It was full of nature sights, city sights, historic sights and local and historical information, music and dance. A well-rounded trip. I feel I really got to see Ireland.
