Great Italian Holiday! Trafalgar selected the top sites and their skip-the-line tours made it possible to see all the major sites without long waits and with informative guides. Wonderful job getting us and our luggage from place to place. Our tour of Italy with Trafalgar was fantastic. Our guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, added so much to our trip by telling us of local customs, pointing out sites and regaling us with his sense of humor. The local guides all added color and information that we couldn’t have gleaned from a guidebook. We loved the fact that we didn’t have to lug our suitcases from place to place. They magically appeared in each hotel room.

First Bus Tour Convert. While booking our trip we had a minor concern that required a phone call to Trafalgar's customer service. Our situation was rectified quickly and the customer service agent was extremely pleasant. Our tour director and bus driver were magnificent. They made a trip memorable by being professional, kind, caring and fun. We were unable to visit St. Peter's Basilica during our first day in Rome so our tour director and bus driver arranged to have us visit the Basilica on our last day. We really appreciated *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* persistent and diligence in making sure we didn't miss out. We got to see all of the eternal cities and it was spectacular. We had plenty of time to visit at all points of interest as well as free time to explore and shopping. The glass blowing demonstration in Venice was fantastic. The Roman dinner was delightful and the opera singer for phenomenal.

I would’ve liked a bit more time in Florence to explore. Time spent in jewelry shop and leather goods store was fine but perhaps not as meaningful. Also would prefer not to be assigned sitting on the bus especially as a solo traveler when I have already been assigned a roommate. Being expected to spend so much time with one person not of my choosing felt awkward, boring, and frustrating. I very much enjoyed the glass blowing demonstration in Venice as well as the water taxi and canal tours. I loved all the tours in Rome as well. I wish it would’ve been clearer on how to reach the popular tourist sites from the hotel before the tour began. Unfortunately *Personal information removed by Feefo* was only able provide extremely vague instructions on walking to a bus stop. No info on a taxi, etc.

Great Italian holiday. Excellent service. Great itinerary, very busy one, but so worth it.
