Despite being the only two travellers to confirm our trip, full marks to Insight for allowing us the pleasure of visiting Jordan. There was never ever concern about the safety of ourselves or others, Our guide Kam and driver Jacob gave us a wonderful insight into life in Jordan and expert background into the various highlights we visited. The four of us travelled in comfort in Jacob's pride and joy new Volkswagen ID6. Both men took great care of us and we were in fact fortunate to have such one to one expertise at our disposal.

The ternary on both trips was excellent and I got to see the things I had wanted to see. Petra in Jordan and the pyramids and temples in Egypt were amazing. We got to see a variety of sights as well as things like a women’s cooperative in Jordan. The Nile river cruise was also great and gave us a chance to see the country from a different perspective.

Everything was very well done. Our, tour director, Ali, took really good care of us. We had gone 3 days early and had purchased a Jordan pass and Ali asked and got a refund for us as we had unused portion for Petra. The Wadi Rum camping in a "tent" which was very comfortable and the drive through the desert was better than expected. The airport depaeture.at the end of the tour was a nice touch, albeit ruined by a lightning strike on our airplane. Better than the usual great service from Insight.

My tour with Insight Vacation was well organized and our tour director was very helpful and listened to our request. The hotels we stayed in and the breakfast and dinner were also good. The tour was very informative and exciting. Our bus was comfortable and roomy. We had unlimited bottles of water every day on the bus. Our farewell dinner was also well organized. Overall I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to go to Jordan with Insight Vacation. Lots of information about Jordan as explained by our tour director. Good accommodation. Good breakfast from the hotels and dinner. The bus was roomy and comfortable. All the staff involved were helpful, from the airport to the hotel to the bus driver.

Traveling to the middle east is unique. There should have been better information provided regarding visas and meeting points at the airport. Why did one family spend $300 for Visas (information provided through Insight) and my family opted to do it ourselves for $30 each? Your price for visa assistance is horrible - and the way it's advertised is that it's the only option. It's not. It would have been nice to know that a representative was going to meet us well before customs / immigration. On previous trips the Insight rep meets you at baggage claim. I think this was a wonderful service to be met before customs - but it would have been nice to know that. Otherwise, I wouldn't have paid for plane side service (through my airline) to help us navigate immigration. Better communication would have alleviated this. This was an excellent trip. The itinerary was wonderful and our guide was fantastic. The Wadi Rum experience was truly remarkable and I'm glad it was included on this trip. I'm thankful that we had basically an entire day to explore Petra both with our guide and on our own. I thought I guide did a great job helping us understand who are verified vendors and who aren't. Because the Middle East is foreign to westerns, we want the opportunity to learn about the history and the present day geo-political environment. An opportunity to talk more about present day is valuable.

Everything was very well organized. Reservations was very responsive and then the airport meetup with visas, immigration and then taxi service to the hotel was done extremely well. Overall, I was very impressed by the level of organization and professionalism of everyone I met. Our tour guide, Ahmad was beyond attentive and responsive to the needs of all the guests. This was a small tour, so you did not feel pressured in any way. We saw all the highlights with a lot of flexibility without feeling rushed. I loved the little touches such as stopping at a local shawarma place on our way back to Amman. Our tour director again was very attentive to all our interests. The driver was excellent, accommodations were very well picked and really enjoyed the food experience at the Bedouin camp.

I could not fault customer services, they were happy to assist with any queries or issues. The guides were knowledgeable on the area, history, culture and gave great tips on travel in the area, keeping us safe and without incident. They took care of everything sand could even give photography tips. So many highlights I don’t know where to start. Jordan was a brilliant experience. Our guide was so helpful and caring, addressing even the slightest of worries and made sure we all had a great time. Very attentive. Great with photography, history and local custom tips too.

Arriving at the airport and getting through customs was the quickest / most efficient we've experienced anywhere in the world. The experience continued to be efficient and pleasurable. This was a 70th birthday present for my husband which he thoroughly enjoyed. A good range of locations. It was particularly good to have a whole day in Petra.

Our tour guide was outstanding Muhammad or Mo, he was so knowledgeable & professional. The insight team were very obliging and professional At the Marriott Hotels again the staff were veey obliging but the standard of the hotels was not 5 star with inconsistent service & room standard. What we saw was excellent but the itinerary was jam packed & we did not have any spare time to consider other offers available. It would have been nice to spend some free time in Madaba & include the river Jordan and the Dead Sea experience as both are so close to Amman & I know others were very disappointed they did not get to experience these while in Jordan.
