Customer Experience I had this tour booked in 2020 and then Covid happened. Insight took care of us with vouchering the entire tour so that once the borders were open we were able to book the tour again and there was no hassle whatsoever! Tour Rating This was an action packed vacation and we loved it ! We had enough free time to do the things we wanted to do that weren't included in the itinerary so it worked out perfectly! We loved meeting all the others on the tour and had a lot of laughs with them! What a fabulous vacation!!! It was the trip of a lifetime! We got to Paris 3 days early as there were a few tours we wanted to take that weren't on the Insight itinerary and we stayed in Rome for 2 extra days to do the same. I would highly recommend this as we wanted to go up the Eiffle Tower, visit the Louvre and take a cooking class in Rome. Our tour director, John, was amazing ! He was very helpful with anything we needed and had endless energy and patience ! We couldn't have asked for a better tour director! Our bus driver, Simone, was absolutely THE best!! He was not only a lot of fun and accommodating but he got our huge motorcoach in and out of the tightest spots! We knew we were in good hands with him behind the wheel! John and Simone were always on time and so very helpful!! Thank you Insight for your fabulous employees who treated us like friends!

Customer Experience Our bus driver did an excellent job and was always friendly. He greeted each us in the mornings with a smile. Lorenzo our tour guide as very relatable and kind. He had great knowledge of all the countries we visited and told some funny stories. Tour Rating The itinerary was full of activities and traveling each day. We did have some free time in the evenings, but you need to wake up about 6:00 am each day to get ready, have breakfast and ready for the days excursions. We walked between 10,000 and 19,000 steps a day, so bring comfortable walking shoes.

Customer Experience A few suggestions: Arrange early check-in to Paris hotel on first day or provide the option to add an extra "night" into the total cost so early morning arrivals don't have to wait until 4 pm to check in. Also, include Paris airport transfer to hotel on first day. Tour Rating TD Lorenzo Borrelli was exceptional as always and driver Antonio did a great job keeping us safe on the roads. Lorenzo’s knowledge is second to none and it really enhances your overall experience. He works tirelessly planning and organizing each day’s activities to ensure a smooth operation. Excellent tour from start to finish!

Christine Hanrhan   -  Traveled, April 2024

Customer Experience The service was exceptional. From the beginning to the end of the trip, John Gillespie, tour guide and Simone, our bus driver were there to take us to our destinations, explain the countries, language and customs before our arrival and through our time in each country. They were always available to take care of our needs and concerns. We were in very capable and professional hands every step of the way! Tour Rating Our Travel Guide, John Gillespie was exceptional. His knowledge of the countries, language and history was unbelievable. He made the trip as stress free as possible which is what is needed on a fast pace trip like this one. He was very thoughtful & kind to everyone on our tour and takes in to consideration are wants and needs. Our safety was always first on his mind. He gave us little treats as we progressed through the countries which was fun and unexpected. A true professional. Simone, our bus driver, was amazing on getting us safely to all our destinations. He too is a true professional and gave us excellent service. The only disappoint we experienced were the last two meals in Italy were not the best. Beyond that I would highly recommend this trip.

Customer Experience We didn’t need much service from Insight as a company thankfully. But remarkably they noticed we had voluntarily changed our flights without us letting insight know and they called us to make sure they didn’t need to help with any connecting flights. I was impressed by that. Tour Rating Really great way to see multiple significant areas of Europe. It was fast paced but staying 2 nights in all but one city made it feel less rushed. Our tour director Gary and driver Piero were absolutely top notch and would enjoy another tour with them specifically.

Tour Rating We REALLY enjoyed the entire trip. We saw so many amazing sights and learned so much, it was terrific! Our guide, Gary Junge, was extremely knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. Just a couple suggestions: 1) NAME TAGS! It was difficult for us to learn each other’s names. Having simple name tags that we were even for just the first couple days would have helped. 2)It would be nice to allow time once arriving in a new city for guests to unpack and unwind. In many locations, we arrived and had maybe an hour before we went sightseeing. It was made clear that we could skip these sessions, but that means missing sights we wanted to see. It just would have been nice to have that first evening in at least a few cities to just relax during what is a jam packed itinerary. Thank you for everything that was done to make our vacation one that we will remember for a lifetime!
