Great Trip! The service was very good! Time for luggage to be put out was sometimes a bit hard to deal with. Trafalgar, I found it a bit strenuous at times. Could be age and physical situation.

The tour includes numerous historical and World Heritage sites. There is tremendous variety in the stops. You will learn about the earliest cultures of First Nation people, Viking settlements, Portuguese excursions, land disputes between the French and English, geological discoveries, scallop farming, fishing disputes, historical digs, local wine production and wine tasting, the involvement of Gander residents with stranded airline passengers after 911, be Screeched in as a visitor, hear lots of local music, and have the opportunity to see gorgeous scenery, many lighthouses, puffins, gulls, humpback whales, and Cariboo.

Newfoundland and Labrador. Friendly and very accommodating. Wildlife in abundance especially puffins, moose, humpbacks. Scenery was spectacular. Every day was a new and exciting experience. Gander was my favorite place. Tears were shed as one of the real persons who was there during 9/11 told her story and guided us through the town where it all occurred. The guide and bus driver were exceptional. Funny, and well educated on the area. Especially loved hearing the native Newfoundland accent as the driver greeted us each morning. Becoming a Newfie, the screeching experience was so much fun.

The weather kept us from going to Labrador, but the guide make up for it. The weather can be spotty there, but you have to go with the flow.

Great Newfoundland and Labrador tour. The Travel Director, and Driver tried very hard to give us the best tour with our safety and comfort in mind. The hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Trafalgar should consider other hotels in Gander and Corner Brook, those used on our tour are old and in need of upgrades. It's the best way to see all of NL sites and history.

Good group. Interesting and educational. All were good. Would say that food was uninteresting. The only gripe I have is that there was no transportation from airport to hotel, and from hotel to the departure airport. We were stuck with $35 taxi fees both ways.

Hotel standard. The hotel used in Corner Brook did not appear to be the up to Trafalgar standard. It was extremely tired and updates were required Tour Director and driver (Wade) were outstanding, itinerary was excellent, however would have preferred a day in Corner Brook instead of two days in Labrador.
