The most fantastic experience. The Trafalgar tour was brilliant, well planned and covered so much. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, the tour director and *Personal information removed by Feefo* the coach driver, were both better than first-class. Due to the wild-fires around Jasper, alternative arrangements for accommodation and experiences were made, but those were definitely up to the standard of the rest of the tour, in my opinion. Well done, Trafalgar. An amazing 5-star+ experience. A coach tour from Vancouver to Banff in the Rockies, taking in the beautiful Vancouver Island. We went whale-watching - and saw whales, we were taken onto a glacier in a huge ice-exploer vehicle and too many other wonderful experiences to mention. We were led and guided by the fantastic *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our very knowledgable tour director and driven by *Personal information removed by Feefo*, a very competent coach driver - two incredibly friendly and lovely people, who worked hard to make our holiday such a memorable event. No negatives.

Room for Improvement in Tours in North America. Best TD in Europe!!! It will be not necessary to book the cruise via Trafalgar as Trafalgar was not involved in any way with the cruise. Next time I will book Holland America direct. HAL was exceptionally good ! It was actually misleading a bit as being a 5th time Trafalgar customer and first time on a cruise, we have wrongly assumed that things will be like we knew: some excursions included, some extra. Wrong ! Even if Trafalgar brochure said, for example : "Day 4 : Visit Klondike Gold Rush National Historic Park" .... Assumption of a Trafalgar customer is that a visit will be included.... A second misleading point was that we have asked Trafalgar 2-3 weeks before the departure if the same Tour Director will be with us for the whole duration of the extended trip (tour, bus and train). The answer came very clear saying ..."we confirm that the TD for our upcoming trip will be the same individual for the duration of the journey. This continuity is important for ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience for our guests " (I can provide the original email dated August 5) I am not saying now, after the trip that a TD was required for the cruise or the Rocky Mountaineer, however the fact that we believe it will be somebody with us made us not research anything about the HAL prior to the cruise start. The "spectacular" Rockies was not so spectacular in Kelowna, Vernon and around. We know that Jasper wild fires were not in anybody's control, however the alternative choices were far from what we expected from Trafalgar. The activities in that part of the trip were almost hilarious, the visit to the Allan Brooks Nature Centre was more suitable for a 4 grade school excursion than for a Trafalgar group. We all fell sorry for the people at the Centre. Same the Vernon murals, a walk in a town were was nothing to see. The rest of the trip was rushed. Rocky Mountaineer experience was amazing ! The TD ( *Personal information removed by Feefo*) did her best. We had the previous Trafalgar trips in Europe and we were really amazed on how good, how charismatic, how socially skilled, entertaining, engaging, etc all the TD's were in Europe, Maybe as they were part of team Trafalgar and not Destination America company, their commitment was 100% Trafalgar they were proudly representing Trafalgar a company with a well known devotion to its customers. We believe that, maybe next time we should look at an alternative option, however, thank you Trafalgar and Insight Vacation for making our holidays memorable.

Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was the best guide I have ever had.. He had obviously done a great deal of research. Never a boring moment. Ben is the best! We were highly impressed with Trafalger. Because we were unable to go to Jasper due to the fire, the company provided us an alternative town, free gondola trip, free meals and more. We were extremely disappointed about not seeing Jasper, but the company pivoted well. We did feel that there could have been better communication ahead of time. We knew about the fire of course, but considered not going because we weren’t given a clue about the plans ahead of time. Retain and promote Ben Hutchinson. Incredible journey and the very best tour guide- Ben Hutchinson. He made the trip fabulous!!! Retain and promote that man.

Vancouver to Banff. Great variety in the tour and lots of options to add to the trip at additional cost., Good B and Bs selection, close to town centres etc great service from start to finish with excellent guide called *Personal information removed by Feefo*, would travel again. Wonderful leader called *Personal information removed by Feefo*, really knew his job and how to deal with people. Very informative throughout the trip. Disappointed that the scheduled hike was cancelled as this was my number 1 excursion that I wanted to do. The 1 that went ahead was too simple, just a stroll around a lake, to expensive for what it was and no need for a guide to do it. We had requested 3 beds in our room as we were 3 friends travelling together, most night *Personal information removed by Feefo* or ourselves had to look for the 3rd bed. Not sure if the message was properly communicated to Trafalgar by Trailfinders!

Wonderful experience! Our guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent, very informative, humerous and helpful. He was aware of people’s needs. All the hotels were good apart from the starting one in Vancouver. This was apparently a substitute for the usual one used. Our bags were taken care of at all times. The itinerary is very busy but enables you to see and experience so much.
