The Lares trek was an incredible experience. The ability to trek through a beautiful Peruvian landscape for multiple days was both challenging and relaxing. It was so nice to not have to worry about food or tents, and to truly soak in the backpack experience without all the difficult planning/lugging heavy things aspect. It was also great to have the highlights of Machu Picchu and some time in Cusco!

G Adventures made everything so easy. No need to worry about tickets for trains, buses, or entrance fees to sites. They took care of hotels and transfers to and from locations. The lunches we had were all at great restaurants. The guides were terrific. The trip was exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t have done this on my own.
