My Best Life Experience so far. Brilliant. That's all needs saying. This was the best and most mind blowing experience I've yet experience in my lifetime. Your staff *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* were absolutely wonderful. The information they supplied and the way they reacted to weather and other possible problems was exemplary. If I could improve the experience it would be to eliminate Assisi and give us 2 days in Florence. The accommodation and experience in Assisi were not up to your usual standards.

Traditional Europe! *Personal information removed by Feefo* was amazing! Very calm, helpful and organised. Nothing was too much to ask. He made the trip relaxed and we didn’t have to stress about anything. *Personal information removed by Feefo* kept us safe driving on some crazy small, winding roads with a lot of crazy drivers. It was a very busy itinerary! We saw so much of the countries and lots of little hidden treasures. It’s so amazing to see something in real life that you have only seen in pictures. If you wanted some extra time to chill, you just opted out of an optional. I did all but one optional extra and they were all very good. A little more time in some areas on the walking tours would have been nice but were are on a timeline. Most nights I was exhausted and went to bed not long after getting to hotel from the day’s activities. Hotels were nice and basically you are only sleeping in them. The littler hotels were very character filled…different from the bigger chain ones. The bus was clean and comfortable.

Great Experience. The tour guide and bus driver were very attentive to our special needs. I am disabled and I travel with an electric scooter. The tour guide and driver loaded the scooter in the luggage compartment of the bus at each stop and also removed the scooter as needed. This was a wonderful tour - packed with sight seeing.

Great tour guide! Great tours. Some of the dinners were not worth the money spent. All hotels were good. Coach was comfortable.

European Tour. The places that were arranged for us to visit where excellent. There was a good variety. It was nice to have the opportunity to not just visit church and museums we also got to visit and spend time with people native to that area. The walking tour guides were enjoyable for the most part. Sometimes the free time in some places felt a little rushed. But understandable as it takes time to travel from one town or country to another. A second night in Lucerne would have been nice. Loved how when we were at restaurants or shows the seating for us was usually up front or in a private area. That was very nice. Especially when you have a large group of people. The bus provided was very comfortable and viewing was good for majority of time. Did not care for very back seat, if you were in the middle you had no viewing opportunity. Nice to know there was a bathroom on board in case of emergency. Knowledgeable and friendly tour directors should be a must, they really make the trip. It is a busy schedule. Up early in the morning. Lots of walking. Hotels were very comfortable and breakfasts they provide were excellent. Only 2 suppers were not up to par. The remainder of the suppers and lunch were well prepared and top quality. A second night stay in Lucerne would have been nice. Tour director was well informed and knowledgeable about all the places we visited. Was very organized and very friendly. Communicated instructions well . His years of doing this service made all the difference I believe. He made the trip. The bus was very comfortable to travel in. I can understand why size and weight of travel suitcases are important as I watched the driver load the bus one morning. The driver was excellent, he handled the bus beautifully no matter the terrain or traffic. He was very good at packing and unpacking the suitcases each day. Was always on time. Very friendly. It was a trip of a lifetime for me and my daughter. I enjoyed it so much I have booked another trip in the near future with Trafalgar.

The optional experiences are not as they show in the travel itinerary I was disappointed and upset about the Sisteen Chapel. We were told that we were not going because Trafalgar could not purchase tickets it was sold out. The gondola ride in Venice was a joke so much for being romantic and getting serenaded there were 5 of us shoved in one boat , no serenading no room to move our legs. Huge disappointment.
